How to Delete Your Brand Data

We respect your right to control your data. You can request deletion of all data associated with your Instoly brand account through the following methods.

1. Disconnect Your Instagram Business Account

To remove the connection between your Instagram Business Account and Instoly without deleting your entire brand account:

1. Log in to your brand portal at instoly.com/brands/settings
2. Navigate to Settings > Instagram
3. Click "Disconnect"

When you disconnect, we immediately delete:

• Your Instagram OAuth access token
• Instagram Business Account ID and linked Facebook Page data
• Any cached creator search results associated with your account

2. Delete Your Entire Brand Account

To permanently remove all your brand data from Instoly, contact our support team:

1. Send an email to contact@istpl.in with the subject line "Brand Account Deletion Request"
2. Include your registered email address and brand name in the email
3. We will process your request within 30 days

3. Revoke Access from Facebook Directly

You can also revoke Instoly's access to your Instagram Business Account directly from Facebook:

1. Go to Facebook Settings > Business Integrations
2. Find Instoly in the list of connected apps
3. Click "Remove" and confirm

When you revoke access from Facebook, we will receive a deauthorization callback and automatically delete your Instagram-related data within 48 hours.

What Gets Deleted

When you request full account deletion, we remove the following data:

• Brand profile information (name, email, logo, team members)
• Instagram Business Account connection and OAuth tokens
• All cached creator search results and discovery history
• Saved shortlists and creator comparisons
• AI analysis history (compatibility scores, generated briefs)
• Partnership messages and communication history
• Campaign briefs and outreach configurations
• Analytics and usage data

Deletion Timeframe

We process all data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. Instagram disconnection and token deletion happen immediately. For deauthorization callbacks from Facebook, data is removed within 48 hours.
